1) Assisting artists with major career decisions that may come their way, such as deciding which songs to record.

2) Gathering a team to perform professional tasks on behalf of the artists, in both mechanical and creative aspects. This includes selecting a producer, photographers, graphic designers etc.

3) Promoting the artists to all relevant media, such as radio, newspapers, magazines, promotional mix tapes, television, artist catalogues etc.

4) Advertising the artists through different avenues such as:
a) Liners include audio and video commercials, dubplates etc.
b) Personal appearances at charitable events, book and music stores etc.
c) Online promotion provides the world with desktop screen savers of the artists, the artists will be featured on ad banners, audio and video streams, and the artists will have their own personal web page, etc.
d) Team promotion provides our artists with two major advantages that rapidly advance their career.
      1) The artists tour as a team therefore ensuring multiple tour dates.
      2) Compilation albums/projects helps each artist to gain more publicity.

5) Assisting artists with finding the appropriate traveling and lodging accommodations, which includes plane tickets, hotel, motel etc.

6) Working with promoters to coordinate live concert appearances to develop the artist profiles such as :
      a) Making arrangements to ensure the artists perform on stage at the
          best time, and that they are granted an appropriate time span to 
          perform.
      b) Ensuring the contractual agreements with promoters are not violated.
