Returns and Exchange
We grant a 7-day refund policy. Customers may return goods for a refund if we are notified within 7 days after purchase. A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the total cost of the item. However, this applies only if the item is in its original packing and is unopened. They are some albums we carry that are not in plastic which when bought are not taken back due to  piracy.

Damaged items:
If your items came damaged, please return it and we will send you another, exchange only. The cheapest way to return the item is to simply write "RETURN TO SENDER" on the original package, and drop it in the mail. It will not cost you anything. However, since we are incurring the cost for replacing the item, all we require is that you pay for the shipping fees.
